Mental Health Webinar: Remote Wellbeing Tips by Hethel Innovation

Now more than ever there is a lot of pressure on everyone remote working. Many of us who are remote working may not have done it before, or perhaps not for this long. It is so easy to loose track of your wellness during this time, the separation of home and work becomes more difficult as well as increased stress on productivity whilst separated from your team.
Remote Wellbeing Tips is an interactive seminar looking to share 7 top tips with how you can stay in touch with your wellbeing. Tune in on 14th April to hear from Bev Rayner from Beyounow on how we can make sure we take care of ourselves in this challenging time!

Delivered by Bev Rayner from Beyounow. Bev has had a successful career working with people in a variety of organisations for over 30 years. She has enjoyed the opportunity to support others in their working lives in Human Resources and Learning & Development roles. In 1997 she began to develop her skills and interest in using counselling and psychotherapy techniques to help people achieve happiness and well being. She is an experienced therapist with a private practise in Norfolk, and volunteers as a counsellor for the Sue Lambert Trust in Norwich.
Bev strongly believes that we can all look after our mental health in the same way that we can look after our physical health: and that in the same way, this can be fun and enjoyable!
