Following the success of our visit to Paddy Bishop’s Incubator – Shout About Suffolk – we were ecstatic to hear that Rob Simpson, Steve Butterworth (a SYNC Founder) and Dan Sloane are about to open a collaborative office space in Central Ipswich.

Unicorn Studios is the latest incarnation of Waterfront Studios, which has been one of the most successful creative hubs Ipswich has even seen, with a huge number of established businesses having started there.
