About this Event

This is an opportunity to be part of a small topic specific Round Table regarding Amazon and the ways and means of how to make your busines stronger through its use.

This will be an exclusive group of no more than 10 business leaders and an industry expert on Amazon eCommerce and Marketing across the globe. The industry expert will host this event discussing key questions with the invited members of round table in a secure peer to peer environment with like minded business leader.

This will be between 1-1.5 hours in length depending on the requirements of the topic and the lead expert. The topic and concept will be laid out and put to the group by the expert host to discuss peer to peer in depth.

Who is the course for?

The round table event is aimed at companies who are selling on Amazon, ideally in excess of £150,000 per year and ideally with up to 3 employees or more who will get the most benefit from this event.

We are looking ideally for businesses who are will most likely selling wholesale/to the on-trade or hospitality sectors, in addition to those selling on a website and in bricks and mortar stores.

What key questions will we cover?

– Getting short term wins vs long term wins on Amazon

– How to out-think the competition on Amazon rather than out-spend them

– Tips for managing stock on Amazon to improve sales

– Is Amazon advertising the answer?

– How to improve Amazon operations for greater efficiency

– How to make Amazon a profitable part of your business

 

What will I take away from attending this workshop?

You will get to discuss Amazon trading in-depth with like minded peers and an industry expert in an open and forum. The aim is to highlight and discuss the key issues about the benefits or drawbacks of amazon trading and the ability and ways to use Amazon for growth and any possible solutions for issues raised or areas for further research. The findings will be summarised and the insights from this event summarised and circulated to the members of the event.

Ideally, with approval, these will be published in an article post event via the Scale Up New Anglia website. This is til allow this group to help others outside of the round table.
