Our proven software has been assembled using the skills of development teams based in four countries. In the UK, Local Government is responsible for administering £173 Billion of spending and delivers services to residents and businesses across the country. Our customers include 1 in 5 UK Local Authorities, with our eForms system used for an extensive set of government tasks both for online and offline applications. Our services cover Business Licensing and Permitting, Policing, Tax Collection, Grant Applications, Welfare Assessment, Environmental Health and Waste Services, Social Housing provision, Planning, Building Control and more. Our eForms software also provides recruitment agencies, letting agencies, Education and HR departments with an efficient solution to online form creation and dissemination. Our Head Office is based in Bury St Edmunds – a historic town near Cambridge, England. In 2018 we opened our US Office, in New York, United States.
