Say hello to better small business and charity insurance
A garden shed isn’t the most likely starting point for the UK’s first quote-and-buy online business insurance broker, but a garden shed it was. That was way back in 2001 – since then we’ve designed and built our own tech to become a fully fledged 21st century broker. And moved out of the shed, of course.
From the start we’ve used technology for one reason: to make life easy for our customers. Whether that’s a customised CRM database, a fully integrated telephony system, award-winning tracking software or a fully UX-literate ecommerce website, it all it makes a difference to our customers’ experience with us.
Ultimately our tech underpins everything we do. Online or over the phone, we’re the digital but human broker our customers want.
