Professional and Financial Services Innovation CR&D Competition
Digital technologies can transform Professional and Financial Services, increasing productivity, competitiveness, resilience and access, particularly for the excluded and underserved. While FinTech has flourished in daily banking, other areas need addressing – i.e., savings, pensions and investments, loans, legal and advisory.
To help solve this challenge, Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation, is launching a new £7 million competition to support the development and adoption of digital technologies in Professional and Financial Services.
The competition, which opens on 5th September, is open to single applicants and collaborative projects, with the lead organisation a UK-registered business.
This briefing session will go into more details on the objectives of the competition and the scope of projects that Innovate UK will support. Participants will understand how to apply and hear any particular areas of interest that Innovate UK are targeting.
The competition will be open for applications until 9th November.
