HyperionDev is hosting a New Anglia Virtual Tech Jobs Fair and our Career Services team would like to invite you and your company to be a guest presenter!

Time (UK time): 2pm – 5pm
Our Career Fairs are an opportunity for our graduates, students and our broader community of UK-based based developers with in the Software Dev, Web Dev and Data Science fields, that is interested to work for New Anglia based companies, to hear first-hand from industry leaders on what a career in tech in a variety of industries might entail and the various pathways available into the world of tech.
This is your chance to share your own first hand experience in this sector with the next generation of budding developers , engineers and analysts. What does a tech career pathway look like with your company? What skills are you on the look out for? What makes a great employee in your business? Our presenters will have a dedicated 1 hour time slot consisting of a 30 minute presentation and 20 minutes Q/A-networking session and will be covering topics that can include:
- What tech skills (coding, project management, languages) and transferable/soft skills are the tech industry/company currently looking for?
- How should people go about finding and securing tech jobs with your company and to provide an overview of your Recruitment and selection process and assessment
- Any advice for in the job hunt market – how to develop themselves, apply themselves and be an outstanding developer in the eyes of the employer market
