• 4oz beef patty: with bread source brioche, american cheese, tomato relish, dill pickles, american mustard, shallots
• Bratwurst: Gewurz ketchup, soft white bun, house sauerkraut
• Vegan Kofte Kebab: flatbread, pickled red cabbage, feta & cucumber salad, chilli sauce

All accompanied with:

• tri colour quinoa salad – tomato, beans, onions & seeds in a minted dressing (ve)
• dressed seasonal slaw (ve)
• potato salad – mixed fresh herbs, shallots in a confit garlic & mustard mayo (v)
