Could Future50 recognition and £50,000 help your company grow?
TechEast is passionate about helping innovative and enterprising SMEs succeed. It is our goal for the East to be one of the UK’s Top 5 tech clusters by 2020; creating over 5,000 new jobs which will generate an extra £650m GVA of economic growth for the region. This means that we want to help companies like yours thrive, amplifying the benefits of working in the East, supporting collaboration and sharing best practice, to ensure that TechEast companies are among the best run tech companies in the UK.
This is why we encourage you to showcase your company, by joining the Future50 business growth programme. Ambitious SMEs in Norfolk and Suffolk have the chance to access £50,000 in grant funding if they are selected as a Future50 member. The initiative is in its 7th year, during which time over 250 companies across the region have benefited from quality business advice, excellent networking events, innovative multimedia business support and access to grant funding.
This year, we would love to see more tech companies being represented, than ever. Applications will be reviewed in the coming weeks, so if you would like to join the Future50 hall of fame and get access to resources that can help you to propel your business forward, then we would urge you to apply. You can also apply for membership if you’ve been a Future50 member before.
Applications can be made on the Future50 website. There is a one page application form on which you need to explain why you want to join, describe the market you operate in, and outline how you plan to grow and how the Future50 membership will help you to succeed even faster.
In 2015, digital tech companies like Lucid Systems and ITO World, based in Ipswich, Net Matters, based in Wymondham, and SupaPass and Pupil Asset, based in Norwich, were identified as Future50 companies – it could be you this year, so apply now!
