From Suffolk to the States: Staylists Co Founder to speak at prestigious technology conference

Chris Waters, Co Founder and CTO at Staylists, will be speaking at the upcoming 14th edition of RailsConfin Minneapolis this April.
Ruby on Rails is the open source technology behind some of the world’s most successful sites, including Groupon, Airbnb, and the global ecommerce platform Shopify. It also powered Twitter in its early days.
RailsConf is the largest gathering of Ruby on Rails developers in the world.
“It’s a tremendous privilege to speak at such a significant event. Rails has been instrumental to the success of Staylists, and this invitation gives us a wonderful opportunity to share our experiences with other developers”, says Chris.
“After 40,000 commits, 68 contributors to our codebase, and over £100m in bookings, it’s time to give something back to a community that has given us this delightful programming framework.”
A brief outline of Chris’ talk can be found here.
