Women in FinTech Powerlist
The Women in FinTech Powerlist turns ten this year and we are so excited to continue to celebrate some of the most talented women making an impact across the FinTech and Financial Services sectors! Over the past decade, we have received thousands of applications from female leaders bringing positive change, fostering innovation and growth, creating diverse workplaces and advancing financial inclusion in the UK and all over the world.
What started as a celebration of gender diversity in the UK FinTech sector has exceeded borders, as we have received applications from women across different countries in recent years. This global reach is a testament to the incredible leadership and impact of women in FinTech. Innovate Finance continues to shine a spotlight on such inspirational women by recognising over 200 women across 8 categories. Our panel of independent judges will then select the Standout 45: those who are making a real and lasting impact in FinTech, over and above their day-to-day role.

Powerlist Criteria
To be eligible for the list, nominees should have the following minimum requirements:
To have worked in FinTech or a FinTech-related field for a minimum of 12 months.
To have made some key contributions to their organisation or the FinTech space in the past 12 -18 months and to be able to provide us with solid examples that go beyond job descriptions (thought leadership, mentoring, etc.)
In order to be recognised for the “Standout45” distinction, applicants need to demonstrate how they have made a real and significant difference above and beyond their daily work, performed outstandingly or inspired others within the FinTech ecosystem. Those who featured in the Standout 45 list in the previous three years will not be considered for this year’s Standout 45 as we aim to discover new game changers to recognise, amplify the work of more talented women and expand representation.
Also:
Nominees cannot be submitted by external PR companies on-behalf of their clients.
Previous applicants and Powerlist alumni are welcome but please make sure any previous submission is updated with new, relevant accomplishments within the last 12-18 months.
