TechEast – the organisation formed to accelerate the expansion of the East of England’s technology cluster – is searching for its first Chief Operating Officer.

The news comes hot on the heels of the launch of the TechEast London Embassy and membership offer earlier this month.  The Embassy is just a 4 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and offers TechEast members a place to do business in London.

Neil Miles, Co-Founder of Inasight and Chair of TechEast said: “We’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer to work alongside the board to deliver our manifesto.  Someone to lead all TechEast activities, engage with existing and prospective members – as well as act as the primary TechEast brand champion.  Just seven months post launch, we are pressing ahead with achieving our objectives – to generate £650m in local economic growth as well as working to be recognised as one of the UK’s Top 5 tech clusters by 2020.”
