Marketplace amp, based in Bury St Edmunds, specialists in all aspects of setting up, optimising and amplifying online marketplaces, has announced an exclusivity agreement with leading artificial intelligence and content optimisation experts Dragonfly.

Dragonfly’s app uses the latest heat map technology, developed through years of scientific study and analysis, to provide statistical evidence that highlights which areas of a web page are capturing consumers’ immediate attention.

Dragonfly uses an algorithm that simulates the process of the human brain as it digests visual information. Dragonfly has been validated by the world-renowned Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), on their MIT300 dataset salience benchmark.

The partnership arrives as Marketplace amp takes on three new clients: Heck, Shake That Weight and Pet Drugs Online. The Suffolk-based agency is currently launching a recruitment drive and is looking to double in size by 2020. The 13-strong team based in the UK are supported by multilingual teams based in France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
