Norwich & Ipswich in the Top 10 most desirable places to live in England
A 2017 study by the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr) on behalf of Royal Mail, has placed both Norwich and Ipswich in the Top 10 most desirable places to live in England.
The study reflected on the 2015-17 period and calculated the results based on a range of factors including: the availability of jobs, quality of education, quality of healthcare, safety, environment and the affordability of housing.
