marketplace amp, based in Bury St Edmunds, specialists in all aspects of setting up, optimising and amplifying online marketplaces, has appointed Client Services Senior Executive, Peter Cruz, and Digital Intern, Robert Mihai Amarandi.

Peter, former Sales Account Manager for Bury St Edmunds based luxury travel agent     Britain’s Finest, brings with him a wealth of experience in search engine optimisation and client services. He has spent the last three years refining strategies to embrace emerging marketing trends. Peter will provide national account management, consumer insight and growth strategies for a range of clients, including Shake That Weight, Plant Theatre, Unigloves and Sage Brown.

A Business Administration and Management student at the University of Suffolk, Robert will be researching industry trends in vertical markets, preparing white papers and assisting agency-wide with analytics and reporting. He arrives with a keen entrepreneurial flair that saw him successfully build, market and trade via his own webstore, cattyCare.

The expansion of the team arrives as marketplace amp takes on number of new clients: Lintbells, Plant Theatre and Sage Brown. The Suffolk-based agency is currently launching a recruitment drive and is looking to double in size by 2020. The 13-strong team based in the UK are supported by multilingual teams based in France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
