Innovation Martlesham (IM), a cluster of over ninety high-tech ICT companies located at Adastral Park in Suffolk, is pleased to announce the launch of its Business Accelerator Facility.

The Accelerator is aimed at incorporated organisations, with a product, service or proof of concept, which are self-funded and able to demonstrate a six month business plan with clear objectives.

“I am delighted to introduce the IM Accelerator to our portfolio, building on IM’s well respected Incubator facility, which nurtures technology companies in their early stages”, said Head of Innovation Martlesham, Nicky Daniels. “The Accelerator offers a six month structured programme of activities focused on growth which enables Innovation Martlesham to strengthen its contribution in supporting the regional growth of the ICT Sector”.

Dr Tim Whitley, Head of Research for BT, and MD of Adastral Park says “Innovation Martlesham is going from strength to strength.  It continues to play a key part in upholding the reputation of Adastral Park as a national centre of excellence and global communications hub, which helps ICT businesses and individuals to flourish”.

The Launch of the IM Accelerator is in conjunction with its first member, Inasight.

Inasight CTO and Co-Founder Robin Meehan, commented: “Our offering is fundamentally about combining information sources and generating new previously untapped value for organisations – so it makes complete sense for us to be with like minded businesses who are part of the eco-system generating, capturing and making use of this data.”
