The DevelopHER Awards are back for 2026, continuing a proud tradition of recognising and celebrating the incredible women shaping the technology sector across East Anglia.

Now in their 12th year, the awards have become a cornerstone of the regional tech calendar — spotlighting talent, inspiring the next generation, and building a stronger, more inclusive digital community.

A New Location for 2026

This year, we’re excited to announce that Suffolk will be hosting the awards, with the ceremony taking place at The Apex in Bury St Edmunds for the very first time.
It’s a fantastic new venue for what promises to be another memorable evening celebrating achievement, innovation, and impact.
