Wiggly-Amps and Boots UK announcement

WIGGLY-AMPS LTD. IS DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THAT BOOTS UK HAVE COMPLETED A DEAL TO ACQUIRE THE COMPANY TO HELP FURTHER THE DIGITAL HEALTHCARE AGENDA OF BOOTS UK.  THIS AGREEMENT IS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

Wiggly-Amps Ltd. is delighted to announce that Boots UK have completed a deal to acquire the company to help further the digital healthcare agenda of Boots UK. This agreement is effective immediately.

As part of this deal, all the healthcare-focussed products and services previously delivered by Wiggly-Amps Ltd. will now be wholly owned and delivered by two new companies which will both be
separate entities to Boots UK.

Engage Touch patient check-in touch screens, the Engage Consult online consultation system, Engage Web GP websites, DORIS, and Encompass will now be delivered through Engage Health Systems Ltd., company registration number 11668237.

The Little Green Button panic alarm system will now be delivered through Little Green Button Ltd., company registration number 11668338.

The directors, management team and staff all remain in place and will continue to operate the business from the same offices in North Walsham, Norfolk.
