Job Title Administrator / Co-ordinator
Salary £20,000 – £23,000 per annum
Location Suffolk – Ipswich
We’re looking for an ambitious and highly motivated person to co-ordinate the development and growth of TechEast. Your role will provide general administrative support to the Team and Board, including management of meetings and minutes, ensuring enquiries are managed effectively and enabling the smooth delivery of the initiative. Therefore you will need experience of working in an office environment providing administrative or secretarial support.
As the Administrator/Coordinator you will also be part of our marketing and promotions, so you will need a good understanding of how to engage with businesses via social media and through our website.
Self-motivated and keen to expand on your talents, you will have strong communication skills and experience in working with a wide range of business people and services.
With experience in working to tight deadlines, you will be required to respond to enquiries regarding the organisation, inputting and extracting information and producing documents and reports. An eye for detail and good levels of accuracy are needed as you will be managing the company CRM system and developing a membership directory of digital tech companies.
We are seeking someone with a confident and pro-active approach, as you will be working with the Chief Operating Officer and Board to deliver the initiative that celebrates and supports local digital technology businesses.
Some business travel will be required so you will need access to suitable transport and be able to travel across Norfolk and Suffolk.

On offer is a salary of £20,000 : £23,000 per annum. Also included is onsite parking and a healthcare package.
Please note this is a Full Time Fixed Term contract until 31 December 2018 with the possibility of extension based on success of the role.
