PERSONAL PROFILE – James
James is an ex-professional rugby player representing Harlequins and England schools, that after sustaining a career ending injury at 19 has spent the last 20 years working as a sports and performance nutritionist with a degree from St Marys Twickenham.
He provides regular monthly nutrition columns in a variety of health and fitness titles, such as Men’s Fitness, Muscle and Fitness and Flex as well fortunate enough to have featured in various media outlets from The Sunday Times, Metro and the BBC. James switched his attention to the world of genetics following the deaths of two of his younger cousins from cystic fibrosis in 2010 and gained his nutrigenomics degree from La Trobe University in 2015. He now provides a wealth of experience and knowledge with how our genes fully interact with our food, exercise, lifestyle and environments.
PERSONAL PROFILE – Wez
Wez is Ex-International and Professional Rugby player, Strength and Conditioning coach for FA England Women, Premiership Football & Rugby teams, working with GB athletes and young athletes. Degree in Sports Science, master’s in teaching and learning and sports coach. National education in sports and fitness, worked in the industry for 20 years.
