A unique opportunity to speak directly with the government about Brexit, business success and challenges to business growth, and support in Norfolk and Suffolk has been announced. Representatives from the Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) are keen to hear from the key decision makers and owners of local businesses at the Auditorium in the Forum, in Norwich, from 1pm to 4pm on Wednesday 24 July.

BEIS wants to learn more from our fantastic and diverse SMEs on a range of issues including: the cost of running a business (eg complying with regulations), how entrepreneurs access the information and advice they need, and whether existing help available to them, such as funding streams, are effective in supporting growth and success.

The event will also provide a chance for BEIS to hear your insights into real business priorities during and after we leave the EU. The information will be shared across the government departments, on operational areas that are expected to change when the UK leaves the EU, the preparations that they need to make for this and the actions that businesses can take in these areas (eg importing, exporting, transporting and employing EU citizens). Therefore, this is a real opportunity to get your voice heard for your business, your sector and your region, and ask questions.

Doors open at 1pm for registration and networking with the event kicking off at 1:30pm concluding at 3:30pm for networking till 4pm. For more information, email NAGHmarketing@newanglia.co.uk
