This session takes a pragmatic look at role of partners in a tech company’s go-to-market strategy. The starting premise is that many companies struggle to maintain mutually profitable relationships with partners because they treat these relationships as one-sided. Often through a mix of naivety and self-interest companies over-focus on their own needs at the expense of what channel partners want and delivering customer value. The aim of the webinar is to take a holistic view of the factors involved in creating a partnering model that delivers win/win/win, the latter being the customer of course!
