DESCRIPTION

Learn about the Projects Developing, Investing and Rejuvenating Stowmarket’s Economy

There is a lot planned for Stowmarket in the coming months and years through the Vision for Prosperity project that Mid Suffolk District Council has for Stowmarket. Their 5 Year Action Plan was launched in June, and highlights a series of individual innovative projects that are being proposed to help improve the town and boost the local economy, and have a cumulative far greater cumulative effect on the quality of local life.

With millions of pounds worth of projects happening in Stowmarket, Mid Suffolk District Council want to help put the town on the map as a key destination in the region, for tourists and businesses. In particular they are keen to encourage more businesses to set up and prosper in the town, which will bring more investment, increased growth, better facilities and increased facilities.
