Robert Jones is professor of Brand leadership at UEA, and a strategist at the London brand consultancy Wolff Olins. He is author of The Big Idea (2008) and Branding: a Very Short Introduction (2017). Robert’s clients include corporations like Barclays, Daimler, Tesco and Virgin, and also a wide range of start-ups including FutureLearn, Nano and Zmarta.
