The British Library’s Business & IP Centre Network is undergoing a major expansion, from 14 to over 100 regional and local library-based centres across England by 2023

In Norfolk, the number of BIPC Local centres has increased from three to six – there are now BIPC Locals at Cromer, Great Yarmouth, King’s Lynn, Thetford, Wroxham and Wymondham libraries – as well as the BIPC Norfolk regional hub at the Millennium Library in Norwich.
